Les obligations contractées par le mineur émancipé, pour cause d'achats ou toutes autres causes, pourront être réduites en cas d'excès, et dans cette espèce, les juges auront égard à la bonne ou mauvaise foi des créanciers, à l'utilité ou à l'inutilité des dépenses, ainsi qu'à la fortune du mineur.
