Le mineur émancipé doit être assisté de son curateur pour intenter une action immobilière ou y défendre, même pour recevoir et donner décharge d'un capital mobilier ; dans ce cas, le curateur en devra surveiller l'emploi.
Life lesson:
For land and for capital, the emancipated minor still needs a guide. The curator watches over what the young person cannot yet fully manage alone.
