Lorsque le mineur, par sa conduite, donnera à son tuteur des sujets de mécontentemens graves, le tuteur pourra, autorisé par le conseil de famille, demander la réclusion du mineur, en se conformant à ce qui est prescrit au Titre de la Puissance paternelle.

A guardian may confine a difficult ward — but only with the family council's approval and only under the same rules that bind a father.

Guardian's correction power: family-council authorization required. Must follow Titre VIII (Paternal Authority) procedures. Guardian held to the same standards and limitations as fathers — no additional disciplinary powers.
