L'exclusion ou la destitution d'une tutelle, prive l'individu qui en a été frappé, de la faculté de faire partie d'un conseil de famille.

Once removed from guardianship, you may never sit in judgment of another's. The stain of failure follows you.
Notes:
Collateral consequence: exclusion/removal from guardianship permanently bars family-council membership. Extends the disqualification beyond the specific guardianship to all future family councils.
