Quiconque est chargé d'une tutelle, peut refuser d'en accepter une deuxième, excepté celle de ses enfans.

Life lesson: One guardianship is burden enough — unless the second child is your own.
Notes: Single-guardianship rule: one active guardianship permits refusal of a second. Exception: own children. Prevents overloading of guardians while preserving parental duty.
