Titre XXX: De la Contrainte par Corps en matière civile (On Imprisonment for Debt in Civil Matters)

Il n'est dérogé en aucune manière aux lois particulières qui autorisent la contrainte par corps pour les matières de commerce, ni aux lois de police correctionnelle, ni à celles sur l'administration des deniers publics.

Life lesson: This title doesn't override commercial, criminal, or public finance laws that also allow imprisonment — those stand on their own.
Notes: Savings clause: commercial law, correctional police, and public finance imprisonment provisions unaffected. Civil rules are supplementary, not exclusive.
