Titre XXX: De la Contrainte par Corps en matière civile (On Imprisonment for Debt in Civil Matters)

Si un jugement provisoirement exécutoire en fournissant caution, a prononcé la contrainte par corps, elle peut être exercée nonobstant l'appel, sans pour cela suspendre ni empêcher les poursuites en exécution sur les biens.

Life lesson: A provisionally enforceable imprisonment order can proceed even during appeal — and property seizure can happen simultaneously.
Notes: Provisional enforcement during appeal: imprisonment executable if surety provided. Parallel property execution permitted. Dual enforcement tracks.
