Le dépositaire qui ne restituerait pas la chose déposée, ne pourrait prétendre au bénéfice de cession.

Life lesson: A depositary who won't give the thing back can't use bankruptcy protections to escape the obligation.
Notes: No cession de biens (debtor's assignment) for unfaithful depositary. Deposit obligation survives insolvency proceedings. Trust obligation is absolute.
