Le payement des intérêts est présumé, toutes les fois que la quittance du capital n'en fait pas de réserve.

Life lesson: If the capital receipt doesn't mention outstanding interest, the law presumes the interest was already paid.
Notes: Presumption of interest payment: capital receipt without interest reservation → interest deemed paid. Evidentiary rule favoring borrower.
