Nul ne peut redemander ni déduire sur le capital, les intérêts payés qui n'auraient pas été convenus.

Life lesson: If you voluntarily paid interest that wasn't in the contract, you can't get it back or deduct it from what you owe.
Notes: Voluntary interest payments not recoverable: no reclaim or set-off against capital for unconventional interest paid. Natural obligation principle.
