Il ne pourra être stipulé un intérêt au-delà de six pour cent par an ; et celui qui aurait été fixé à un plus haut taux, sera réduit, à l'exception de l'intérêt stipulé pour rente viagère.

Life lesson: Six percent per year is the cap; anything higher gets knocked down. Life annuities are the only exception.
