La convention qui donnerait à l'un ou plusieurs des associés la totalité des bénéfices, ou celle qui l'affranchirait de toute contribution aux pertes, est nulle.

Life lesson: A deal where one partner gets all the profits or bears none of the losses is void — that's not a partnership, it's exploitation.
Notes: Prohibition of société léonine (lion's partnership): clause giving all profits to one partner or exempting from all losses is null. Mandatory profit/loss sharing requirement.
