Si quelques personnes apportent du trouble par voies de fait à la jouissance du preneur, sans prétendre aucun droit sur la chose louée, le bailleur ne sera pas tenu d'en garantir le preneur, qui pourra, s'il le juge à propos, les poursuivre en son nom personnel.

Life lesson: If someone physically interferes with your lease without claiming a legal right, it's your problem to deal with — not the landlord's.
Notes: Third-party disturbance by mere trespass (voies de fait, no legal claim): lessor not liable. Lessee must pursue remedy personally. Lessor only guarantees against legal claims.
