An enslaved man of Thiamba nation, aged 17 to 18 years, branded BARGVET A JEAN RABEL, having two large marks from his country on each cheek. Those who recognize him are requested to have him arrested and to give notice to Messrs Cabarus and Sapineau, at Jean-Rabel.

Three new Negroes, Congo, branded KANON, of which two are aged 18 or 20 years and the third 16 to 17 years, the latter of height 5 feet and the two others of 5 feet 4 inches, of handsome appearance, having no beard, have been maroons for three months. Those who have knowledge of them are asked to give notice to Mr. Kanon, inhabitant at Jérémie, to whom they belong, or to Messieurs Lys & Boisson, merchants at Port-au-Prince; there will be a good reward.

Pierre, a Creole, branded PTG, approximately 4 feet one inch tall, with a slight stammer, has run away as a maroon. Whoever encounters him is asked to have him arrested and to inform Monsieur Beaudouin, tailor in Port-au-Prince, to whom he belongs.

Duc, an English Creole, branded GAUDÉ & LACOMBE, approximately 25 to 28 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with reddish skin, a small limp in his foot, and a collar around his neck, has been a maroon for 15 days; this Negro has habits on the Duvivier and Marin plantations at Fossé. Whoever has knowledge of him is asked to inform Messieurs Gaudé & Lacombe to whom he belongs; there will be a reward.

Marie-Louise, English, speaking French, having two Mulattress children, Creoles of this city, one aged 8 years and the other 5, ran away as a maroon since last Sunday. Give notice to M. Ls Daguillard, Merchant in this city.

A new Negress named Marie, Congo, aged 24 years, of fine stature, having the upper lip curled up, and a thumb without a nail. Give notice to the named Louis Toussaint, Q. L., Inhabitant at Vérettes.

Télémaque, aged 50 and some years, height of 4 feet 10 inches, wrinkled face and crooked chin, having belonged to Sieur Moujate, Tailor. Give notice to Sieur Deniau, Tailor in this city, to whom he belongs.

Guittone, Congo, branded on the breasts with intertwined NP, aged 35 years, having the front teeth of the upper jaw pointed and a deep scar on the right leg; this Negress belongs to one named Josephine Carzin, M. L., residing at Mont-Rouis, who had left her at Port-au-Prince to work by the day; she is still there or in its surroundings. Those with information should notify said Josephine Carzin; there will be a reward.

César, mulatto, aged approximately 42 years, of the height of 5 feet 1 inch, branded DEMAGNAN, speaking English, having sunken cheeks and legs somewhat bowed, departed as maroon a month ago from the habitation of M. de Magnan at Gonaïves: those with information should notify M. de Magnan, or Messrs H. Allard & company, merchants at Cap.

Jean-Louis, Creole, aged 30 years, of medium height, very stout and very dark, fairly handsome of face, eyes set downward, missing one front tooth; ran away as a maroon on June 10th; Titus, Congo, same age and same height; ran away as a maroon on July 23rd: these Negroes come from the Saintard plantation, at Nipes; they are believed to be sheltering on this plantation, or on that of the Saintard heirs, on the mountain of Trou-Canari, near Petit-Goave. On June 20th, Reine, Griffe, pretty of face, always laughing, of medium height, of strong complexion, having thick legs, bearing marks of lota on the face and neck; ran away as a maroon with Sanitte her daughter, Négritte, aged 7 years: these last two are suspected, and with considerable plausibility, to be on M. Reignefort's sugar plantation, at Torbeck, in the Fond quarter. Persons who have knowledge of these Slaves are asked to give notice to M. Duboys de Labernade, Inhabitant at Aquin, to whom they belong.

A new Negro, of Mozambique nation, aged 24 to 26 years, of the height of 5 feet, lacking one tooth, ran away as a maroon on the 31st of last month: give news of him to M. Daspres, merchant of iron, Spanish Street. There will be a reward.

Jean-Baptiste, mulatto, without brand, of the height of 5 feet 4 inches, thin, marked by smallpox, having the face somewhat brown, the lower lip thicker and more prominent than the other, ran away as a maroon on July 19th: give news of him to M. de Cressac at Gros-Morne, to whom he belongs, or to M. Teste, merchant at the Cape. There will be a quadruple reward.

Zamore, Congo, cook, belonging to the minor Gullman, aged 25 to 26 years, of the height of 5 feet 5 inches, well-made, having several broken teeth on the front of the upper jaw, ran away as a maroon during the night of the 13th to the 14th of the current month from the house of M.
