Those who recognize him are asked to have him arrested and to give notice to M. Veron, Surveyor at Cape. There will be a reward of 30 livres. Said Negro should be searched before being taken to the hold, having on him files which he uses to make horn buttons; this is why he asks the people of his acquaintance to do him the service of recommending to their Negroes to visit on Sundays in the Markets where he could be selling his buttons.
