Dagneaux, Planter at Port-Margot, have been maroons since June 25 last, and were seen in the Plaisance district, with the intention of proceeding to the Spanish Part by way of Dondon or Marmelade: the first, named Voltaire, called Guingué, Congo nation, aged about 22 years, height 5 feet 5 inches, with a round and effeminate face, robust complexion, pointed teeth, having a hernia and on his shoulder very apparent marks of a gunshot wound he received, in which grains of lead shot have remained: the second named Constans, same nation, aged about 18 years, stocky build, fine legs, eyes bordered with red, and very deliberate in speech; the third, named Vincent, same nation, aged about 15 years, of moderate height and stammering. These three Negroes are branded circularly DAGNEAUX. Those who recognize them are requested to have them arrested and to give notice to said Sieur Dagneaux, at Port-Margot.
