Toussaint takes the Spanish camp
Haitian
On 2 January 1795 Toussaint-Louverture discovered there a camp that the Spaniards of the Grande-Rivière had established, seated on a height overlooked by another camp. The next day he carried it after a bloody combat.
Rouzier tells this under the entry Ducasse de Plassac.
