The Chamber annuls the President’s order of 9 October

By Decree of President Davilmar Théodore, of 9 October 1914, the elections of the deputy of the communes of Perches, Ouanaminthe, Vallière, Carice; Cerca la Source, Lassale, Mont Organisé, Terrier Rouge, le Trou, Acul Samedi, Ste Suzanne, Caracol, of 10 January 1914, were annulled, the electoral law not having been observed. In its sitting of 17 October the Chamber, alone competent to validate or invalidate the credentials of its members, annulled the Decree of 9 October.
