State leases Grande Cayemite to Adolphe Elie

The Grande Cayemite was leased by the State on 11 January 1875, for 5 years, to Mr. Adolphe Elie, at $ 650 per year, payable in advance. Since the death of Mr. Elie, there has been no other tenant farmer.
