Salnave passes through Frère fleeing the Cacos

On 20 December 1869, President Salnave, fleeing the triumphant revolution of the Cacos at Port-au-Prince, passed over the habitation Frère, making for Gauthier to reach the Dominican frontiers.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Frère.
