Rigaudins entrench at Trémé after the combat of Petite Vallée

Haitian

TRÉMÉ or DUFRÉTEY. Small morne and habitation at the far end of the plain between Fond des Nègres and Aquin. The rigaudins, retreating toward the South, entrenched themselves there after the combat of the Petite Vallée on 29 June 1800.

Rouzier tells this under the entry TRÉMÉ ou DUFRÉTEY.
