Order opens 115,000 gourdes credit for Rivière Blanche irrigation

RIVIERE BLANCHE. An Order of 13 September 1924 (Moniteur of 18 September 1924) opens to the Department of Public Works an extraordinary credit of 115,000 gourdes to be employed by the General Directorate of Public Works for the completion of the 2nd section of the irrigation project of the Rivière Blanche.
