Tiburon. Its arrondissement adheres to the revolution.

On 11 March the 19th regiment, commanded by Colonel Caudio and cantoned at L’Anse-d’Hainault, adhered to the revolution, as did General Antoine Pierre, who commanded the arrondissement of Tiburon. Finally Jérémie made its adhesion on 15 March. President Riché was meanwhile bending all his attention upon Acaau, and was directing against him fairly numerous troops, which he had placed under the orders of General Samedi Thélémaque, won over to his cause by this mark of confidence.
