Fort National. Recalled as seized by Dalzon on 9 September.

We recall that on the evening of 9 September general Dalzon had taken up arms against the government, had seized the Fort National without striking a blow, and had been killed near the Poste-Marchand by a ball fired from the escort of general Rivière Hérard, as the latter was advancing against the rebels.
