Second Arrondissement. Le Corail, Jérémie (chief town of the arrondissement, commanded by a general of brigade), Les Abricots, Cape Dame-Marie. (4 parishes.) Done in our imperial palace at Le Cap, 28 July 1805, the 2nd year of Independence and the 1st of our reign. DESSALINES. By the Emperor, the Secretary General, Juste Chanlatte.
