Law sanctions the Artibonite irrigation contract with Rosemberg William

ARTIBONITE [l’]. All the localities of this department have been in telegraphic communication with the capital since 1894. In 1925, under President Borno, topographical studies of the plain of the Artibonite were made. By a law of 25 May 1927 the Council of State sanctioned an important contract made between the State of Haiti and Monsieur Rosemberg William for the irrigation of a good part of the plain of the Artibonite.
