Law puts the Lafosse habitation up for sale
Haitian
The State owns 17 building plots there, on Saint Jérome and Bruno streets and the parade ground, occupied by tenant farmers. The Lafosse habitation was put up for sale by the law of 7 November 1812 for the creation of a national currency. The communal council can administer itself only with the assistance of the State.
Rouzier tells this under the entry PORS SALUT (le).
