Law puts the Fauché habitation up for sale
Haitian
In the town of Grand-Goâve the State owns 134 building plots occupied by tenant farmers, and others unoccupied. It also owns 9 habitations, plus 9 carreaux of land whose annual rent amounts to $270.50, and a large number of unoccupied carreaux of land. The fallow habitation named Glaize was put up for sale by the law of the Senate of 16 March 1812 for the establishment of a national mint. The Fauché habitation was put up for sale by the law of 7 November 1812.
Rouzier tells this under the entry Grand-Goâve (le).
