Law on the organization of the fabriques

Making use of the initiative granted to him by article 79 of the Constitution; Having seen articles 47, 132, 133, 134 and 135 of the Constitution; Having seen the law of 22 September 1863 on the organization of the parish vestries; That of 14 August 1866 on the Communal Councils; The transitional law of 20 September 1870 on the said Councils; That of 4 July 1872; And the opinion of the Council of Secretaries of State;
