Law grants the Camp Perrin mine concession to Strauss

The concession of this mine was granted to Monsieur Strauss by virtue of the law voted by the Chamber of Deputies on 14 March 1883, by the Senate on 16 March 1883, and promulgated on this last date by the Executive Power.
