Law erects Les Perches into a commune

PERCHES. Commune of the 5th class in the arrondissement of Fort Liberté, erected by the law of 18 August 1881. It was formerly a quartier. It contains 2 rural sections, which are: the 1st, the Perches, and the 2nd, the Savane Carrée.
