Law creates the Cap commercial court

Haitian

The jurisdiction of its civil court extends over the 8 arrondissements of the department of the North. This court delivered, in 1887, 199 judgments, of which 26 were civil, 162 correctional and 11 criminal. The commercial court of the Cap was created by the law of 9 October 1830; 252 judgments were delivered there in 1887.
