Law creates a justice of the peace court at Trouin

Haitian

In 1802, Generals Rochambeau and Pageot fought there against the bands of insurgents, going to the relief of Jacmel, which Colonel Dieudonné Jambon was defending against those bands. The law of the Council of State of 2 July 1925 created the justice of the peace tribunal there as of 1 October 1925. [Moniteur of 9 July 1925.]

Rouzier tells this under the entry TROUIN.
