Lamarre meets Nicolas Louis on Foison

Haitian

On 5 July 1807, Lamarre, coming to the aid of the insurrection of the Northwest against Christophe in favor of Pétion, met Nicolas Louis on the Foison habitation. From there he went to Port de Paix.
