Government proposes irrigation study credit for Trou Caïman

TROU CAIMAN. At the session of 7 May 1924 of the Council of State, [MONITEUR of 30 April 1925], the Government presented a draft law requesting a credit of 15,000 (fifteen thousand gourdes) for investigations toward an irrigation project at Trou Caïman.
