Government grants Nicolas Geffrard the copper deposit of Plaisance

On 9 February 1907 the government granted to Mr. Nicolas Geffrard the copper ore deposit of this arrondissement. The contract was registered on 12 February 1907. (Moniteur of 30 March 1907.)
