General Pierrot dies; his tomb is at Lafond

The tomb of the ex-president of Haiti, General Pierrot (Jean Louis), prince of the Empire, grand marshal of the Empire, Grand Cross of the Imperial and Military Order of Saint Faustin, Grand Cordon of the Imperial Order of the Legion of Honor, who died on 18 February 1857, can be seen there.
