General Butler drives from Port-au-Prince to Cap-Haïtien

Haitian

On 7 December 1917 General Butler of the American Occupation left Port-au-Prince by automobile at 5 o’clock in the morning and arrived at Cap-Haitien at half past ten in the evening.

Rouzier tells this under the entry CAP-HAITIEN (le).
