BETWEEN the dame, not in community of property, of the sieur Cassarouy, and he himself, for the authorization and in his personal name, of the one part; and the Procureur-Général du Roi, respondent. THE COURT has set and sets aside the appeals, and that from which appeal was taken, to nothing; amending, taking up the principal matter and ruling on it, declares null and as if not having occurred the remonstrances and complaints in question, as well as all the Ordinances, Official Reports of capture and imprisonment that followed from them, together with the decree and everything that was done and ordered in consequence of it. Accordingly it orders that the nègres in question shall be handed over to the parties of Chiron, to which end the Jailer is compelled, and by so doing is discharged. It dismisses the said parties of Chiron from the remainder of their demands, conclusions and reservations.
