DECREE of the Conseil of Port-au-Prince, touching the Official Reports of the Juges in criminal matters

LOUIS, etc. Against the man named Jean-Louis, nègre, enslaved, etc.; And granting the Requisition of our Procureur-Général: THE COURT directs both the Sénéchal of Jérémie and the Substitut of our Procureur-Général at that place to comply with Article one of Title IV of the Ordinance of the month of August 1670, under penalty of suspension; refers for the execution of the present Decree the nègre Jean-Louis before the Juge of Port-au-Prince, whom Our Court commissions to this effect.
