Decree authorizes purchase of Duverglas land for an asylum

DUVERGLAS. Habitation in the rural section of Saint Martin, commune of Port au Prince. By order of 16 March 1926, the Secretary of State for the Interior is authorized to acquire on behalf of the State 6 hectares 45 ares of land of this habitation, belonging to Mr. Georges O. Durand, for 3,208 gourdes, for an asylum for the insane.
