Cyclone destroys the chapel of Saint Peter in Chains at Sharet

SHARET. Habitation in the 9th rural section of the commune of the Cayes, on the road of travellers who, setting out from that town, go to Baradères avoiding Cavaillon. It is a rather high, rocky plateau. There was a chapel dedicated to Saint Peter in Chains, which the cyclone of 12 August 1915 destroyed. The rural school of the 9th section is at Sharet. From east to west one sees the bay of the Flamands resembling a lake.
