Constitutional amendments take effect on the meeting of the Legislative Body

The President of the Republic orders that the amendments to the Constitution reproduced above, which were ratified by the Plebiscite of the 10th and 11th of January last and form an integral part of the Constitution from this day, the 13th of February 1928, the date of the meeting of the Legislative Body, be published and executed.
