Concordat of Croix-des-Bouquets

Drouillard was a wealthy enslaver. He was one of the signatories of the concordat concluded on 7 December 1791 at the Croix-des-Bouquets between the royalist whites of Mirebalais and of the Croix-des-Bouquets and the affranchis encamped at Trou-Caïman, after the battle of Pernier.
