Chamber read a petition to make Mont Rouis a fifth-class commune

At its session of 2 June 1890, the Chamber of Communes read a petition from the inhabitants of Saint Marc and of the poste militaire of Mont Rouis for the erection of this post into a commune of the 5th class.
