Carrié fights two engagements and is repulsed to Bizoton

During the insurrection of the Northerners against Légitime, the vanguard of the army of the South came to take up position at Carrefour on 20 August 1889. On the 21st, the eve of Légitime’s departure, General Justin Carrié gave it two battles, and was driven back to Bizoton.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Carrefour ou Carrefour Truitier.
