Albert Salnave’s Northerners repulsed at Fond Chaleur

After the rout of General O. Piquant at Marchand, the troops of President Légitime established their line at Fond Chaleur. On 17 June 1889, the Northerners, commanded by Albert Salnave, came to assail this line; they were repulsed.
