Agé wrote again to Mirambeau, on 18 nivôse year 9, by superior orders, that he must examine Victoire again; Mirambeau declared she was not pregnant, and she was executed on 9 January, Toussaint Louverture being then at Saint-Jean on the march against Santo-Domingo.
