1807: Insurrection aboard the Washington, bound for Charleston (voyage 25392)

On a slaving voyage that ended at Charleston in 1807, the people aboard the Washington rose against the crew. They had been taken at Gambia.

The record gives the numbers as: 38 people were embarked; 32 were landed.
