1796: Insurrection aboard the Thomas, bound for Môle Saint Nicolas (voyage 83783)

On a slaving voyage that ended at Môle Saint Nicolas in 1796, the people aboard the Thomas rose against the crew. They had been taken at Loango.

The record gives the numbers as: 375 people were embarked; 344 were landed.
